Just a quick post this morning. Life is slowly returning to normal here but there is still a long way to go. But hopefully today will see Mom taking a huge step forward after her rhizotomy. If it works like the last one, most of her back pain will ease up over the next few weeks and that will help with the rest of her rehab.
With the cat visitors gone–their humans returned from their Australian trip and took them home–I was able to return to working in my office. I couldn’t while they were here because they would use my desk, and especially my keyboard, as their playground. They were great cats except for that. Getting the use of my desk back, I wrote close to 2k words yesterday. Yay me!
I was also able to do some of the editing I have been wanting to do on Designation: Frejya. So double yay me.
