A Thank You and a What Do You Think

First, let me start by thanking everyone for their support these last two months plus as I’ve worked to move away from being exclusively on Amazon to selling through other storefronts. It means the world to me that you’ve not only supported me here and on MGC but also on the various storefronts. Thank you, thank you and thank you again. You made a frankly terrifying decision easier and have proved it was one I needed to make. For more on the why I needed to make it, check out my MGC post from yesterday.

On the shoulder front, it’s still sore and is still limiting my time at the keyboard. Fortunately, I’m at the phase of final edits on Victory from Ashes that I can print the pages out and edit by hand. So I’ve been curling up in the recliner in my office, heating pad on the shoulder and working that way. It’s helped.

One thing I have done is work on a promo piece for the book. This is something I can do basically one handed. So here’s the piece. It still needs some tweaks.

And here’s the variation I’ve submitted for approval on Amazon for their A+ content. I know it needs to be tweaked some as well.

For those of you not familiar with A+, here’s what Amazon has to say about it:

A+ Content allows you to add images, text, and comparison tables to your Amazon detail page to engage readers and give them more information as they consider buying your book. Add A+ Content to your detail page to make your book stand out, connect readers with your books, and share more about your author story.

And now my coffee mug is empty. Time to pour another mug and get to work. Until later!
